Why do I need a fire risk asdsessment?
For any renewal or new HMO application, a Fire Risk Assessment must be provided. The assessment will cover existing fire prevention and escape means as well as any requirements to bring the property up to standard.

→ Escape routes, signs and notices
→ Record keeping
→ Action plan for any works required
COMPLETION
The finished report is converted to PDF and distributed electronically to our clients via Pinstripe Live within 24 hours of attending the property.
